Kalium 50ml

Supplement containing highly concentrated potassium. Potassium is an important element responsible for neurological functions. In soft corals, potassium participates in the transport of nutrients. In SPS corals the deficiency of this valuable element causes a faded pink and red colour. Usage of zeolites-based filtration media in the aquarium may lead to potassium deficiency. Regular and balanced use of Kalium maintains a proper level of potassium and strengthens the red and pink colouration of SPS corals. The recommended level of potassium in the reef aquarium is 360-380 mg/l.

DOSAGE: 1 drop per 100 liters (27 US gal) daily. 1 ml of Kalium in 100 l (27 US gal) of water raises the potassium level by 1.86 ppm. It is important that each aquarium is different and the dosage depends on the coral stocking and individual needs.
