Hey there, Reef Fam! We're all about getting your goods to you safely, securely, and with zero nonsense. Here's the lowdown on how shipping works around here.
🇿🇦 Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship only within South Africa — no passports or border crossings involved.
Flat Rate Shipping – Anywhere in SA

Delivery Fee: R450 flat rate

Delivery Time: 4–7 business days

Couriers: We partner with reliable, national courier services to ensure safe delivery straight to your door.
Doesn’t matter if you’re beachfront in Durban or off-grid in the Karoo — it’s the same rate, same service, same Reef love.
🌍 No International Shipping (For Now)
We’re keeping it local — proudly South African, just like our vibes. International shipping isn’t available at the moment, but who knows what the tide might bring in the future?
📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to stalk your parcel in real time.
❗ Delivery Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the 4–7 day window, delays can happen (thanks to things like loadshedding, weather, or courier hiccups). If things are taking longer than expected, don’t stress — give us a shout and we’ll sort it out.
📬 Make Sure Your Address is Spot-On
Typos = delays. Double-check your address and contact info before checking out so your order doesn’t go on an unexpected adventure.
